Bella Lani Nails – Terms Conditions
Welcome to Bella Lani Nails. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or visiting our
salon, you agree to the following terms. Please contact us with any questions.
1. General Information
Bella Lani Nails provides cosmetic and beauty services. Results may vary. Terms & Conditions
may be updated at any time.
2. Salon Policies
Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to
avoid a $25 fee. Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may require a credit card
on file.
Tardiness: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals after this may result in a
shortened service or rescheduling.
Children: Only children 8 and older receiving a service are permitted.
Unsupervised children are not allowed.
Payments: Credit card payments incur a 3.5% fee. Cash and Zelle payments do
not.
Service Guarantee: Complimentary repairs are offered for issues (excluding
regular polish) within 7 days of service.
3. Appointments
Appointments are recommended. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Please arrive on
time to receive your full service.
4. Refunds; Redo Policy
Refunds are not offered for completed services. If you experience an issue, notify us within 48
hours for a complimentary fix when appropriate.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and must be presented at the time of
service. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide accurate information regarding allergies, medical conditions, or
sensitivities.
Follow aftercare instructions.
Treat staff and other clients with respect. Service may be refused for safety,
medical, or behavioral reasons.
7. Sanitation; Safety
All tools and equipment are cleaned and sterilized according to Florida state regulations and
industry standards. Cosmetic services carry inherent risks.
8. Underage Clients
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for certain services. Only
children 8 and older are serviced.
9. Disclaimer
Services are for cosmetic and beauty purposes only. Bella Lani Nails is not responsible for
allergic reactions, sensitivities, pre-existing conditions, or adverse effects unrelated to our
services. By receiving services, clients accept the normal risks associated with nail and beauty
treatments.
10. Intellectual Property
All photos, text, logos, and designs on our website are the property of Bella Lani Nails and may
not be used without written permission.
11. Privacy Notice
Personal information (such as name, phone number, or email) is used only for
appointments, reminders, or salon communication. We do not sell or share your
information with third parties.
